Lamont Brown

THE ARCHITECT OF EXPERIENCE

Lamont Brown is a Creative Director, Story Strategist, and Performer who operates at the intersection of high-stakes theater and immersive entertainment. As the founder of LBCreatives LLC, Lamont leverages a global performance career to architect original concepts that are meticulously crafted and rhythmically driven.

A graduate of the Dance Theatre Conservatory at AMDA, Lamont’s approach to creative direction is deeply informed by his time on the world’s biggest stages. His performance credits span the globe, including the 1st National Tours of Funny Girl and Mean Girls, the National Tour of 42nd Street, and the iconic Riverdance at Radio City Music Hall.

In the realm of themed entertainment, Lamont applies this theatrical precision to attraction design and show writing. Specializing in concept development and IP stewardship, he architects immersive guest experiences—ranging from psychological horror walkthroughs to advanced dark ride narratives. His portfolio demonstrates a unique ability to blend physical space with storytelling, transforming guests from passive observers into active participants.

Lamont translates this stage discipline into creative leadership. He recently won the BroadwayWorld Award for Best Direction and Choreography for his production of Aida and serves as the co-creator and choreographer of the original tap musical, Syncopated Avenue.

Whether designing a haunted attraction concept or choreographing a tap number, Lamont’s work is defined by the same principle: immersion. He combines the narrative integrity of a Story Strategist with the kinetic precision of a rhythmic storyteller to build experiences that move audiences physically and emotionally.
